A young student of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi has taken to his Twitter page to vent his anger at what he characterizes as acts of havoc and hooliganism perpetrated by some members of the University Hall.
According to him on his Twitter post, Management of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology has sat aloof from watching Katanga hall grow from just a fraternity of college boys to a full-blown cult. "Being a Katanga faithful is nothing to be proud of as these people pride themselves in causing havoc and pain", he said.
From his narration, he was chased after and beaten to a pulp by some Katanga boys for apparently looking like a Unity hall affiliate. He was stabbed too. He recounted the shock and pain his parents had on their faces, noticing their son looking lifeless. The young man from his narration seems pained and some of his words are only born out of anguish.
He said he is determined to ensure the culprits are rusticated because such "people do not deserve to be in KNUST".
